has anyone out there seen the film freedom writers? a few of us stayed at the valley house this evening and watched it. i'm still processing lots of things from it and think i will be for a while. i would love to hear any of your thoughts if you've seen it....or if not, after you go see it.
also, the film goes along really nicely with what we've been studying in miroslav volf's exclusion and embrace. i may post more once we're further along in the study and once i've thought more about freedom writers.

freedom writers is my favorite movie. It's why I'm going to be a teacher.
I thought it was a great movie! It really touched me. Hillary Swank did a great job. It was fun seeing her do the Ellen D. impression on the Ellen show!
